Return & Refund Policy – Family Flavour

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.


1. Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be canceled once the delivery process has started.


2. Return Eligibility

  • Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for taste or preference reasons.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

    • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refund requests will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are not applicable for COD orders after delivery.
