1. Cancellation of Orders

Prepaid orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be canceled once the delivery process has started.
2. Return Eligibility

Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for taste or preference reasons.

Returns are only accepted if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Approved refund requests will be processed via the original payment method.

Refund timelines may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are not applicable for COD orders after delivery.
