1. How long will my Thekua stay fresh?

Our Thekua is freshly made and carefully packed to maintain freshness. Typically, it stays fresh for 15–20 days at room temperature in an airtight container.


2. Do you deliver nationwide?

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Online payments (UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, Credit/Debit Cards)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. How long will delivery take?

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary based on location, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


6. Can I cancel my order?

  • Prepaid orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • COD orders cannot be canceled once the delivery process has started.


7. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


8. Do you offer discounts on prepaid orders?
